If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have seven days (07) from the day you receive the product(s) to return it for an exchange.
For orders within Sri Lanka, you can request a one-to-one exchange. We do not offer refunds.
Please note that we have a one-time exchange policy. Items received in exchange cannot be further exchanged.
All exchange items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with the internal tags intact.
You retain ownership of the exchange goods until they reach Gaarda. Therefore, it's your responsibility to package them securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Sale or discounted items purchased online cannot be exchanged.
