  1. Returns

    Eligibility:
    We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

    Please note that underwear and undergarments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

    Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

  1. Refunds (Store Credit / Exchange Only)

Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the exchange or store credit status.

Policy:
We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
Eligible returns can be:

    • Exchanged for a different item, or

    • Credited toward another item of equal or higher combined value.

If the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item), we will arrange the exchange or issue store credit at no additional cost to you.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Underwear and undergarments

    • Gift cards

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Perishable goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit depending on availability.

  1. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  1. Processing Time

Exchanges or store credit will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
