These Terms apply to all users, customers and visitors of GAARDA and they your use of our website, products, and services.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including all policies regarding ordering, payment, delivery, and post-purchase adjustments.

GAARDA reserves the exclusive right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Ordering and Payment
Order Process:
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance based on product availability and compliance with these Terms.
Payment:
Payments for all orders are processed securely through our approved third-party payment gateways, including PayHere, Stripe, and PayPal. We do not collect or store your debit or credit card information, as all payment processing is managed in accordance with the policies and terms of the respective providers.
Pricing and Discounts:
Product prices are displayed on our website in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any discounts applied at the time of purchase cannot be retroactively applied or adjusted after the purchase has been completed.
3. Delivery
Delivery Areas:
We deliver orders island-wide throughout Sri Lanka. For international orders, additional charges and fees may apply, which will be communicated during the order process.
Delivery Timelines:

Within Colombo (1-15): Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days.

Outside Colombo: Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 working days.
Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed during public holidays or weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
Non-Delivery Days:
Deliveries within the Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs, or outstation will not be made on Sundays. A delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the time.
Peak Periods:
During festivals, high-demand periods, or promotional events, delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume.
Delivery Charges:
A flat delivery charge of Rs.350 is applicable to all orders delivered island-wide. For international orders, delivery charges may vary. The same delivery fee applies to all deliveries related to service adjustments post-purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership:
All content on the GAARDA website, including designs, logos, images, and trademarks, is the property of GAARDA or its licensors. No content from this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission from GAARDA.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty:
Our website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. GAARDA does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAARDA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control.
Force Majeure:
